One month after his appointment by the Board of Directors on 20 August 2026, the Managing Director of AMICONGO SA, Dieudonné Tshibangu Tshibuabua, was received by the Minister of Portfolio, Julie Mbuyi Shiku. It was his first official audience since taking office.

The discussions covered the actions already undertaken and their first results, the strengthening of the company’s governance and performance, and the upcoming modernisation and development priorities. The Minister shared her guidance to support the recovery and transformation of AMICONGO SA.

The meeting is part of the new management’s roadmap: improving financial and operational performance, modernising processes, managing risks and winning new markets. It follows talks held in early September with OGEFREM on the documentary tracking of goods and, on 23 September, with ENGIP-RDC SA on securing and tracing petroleum flows.

The next phase will focus on continued internal modernisation and the development of institutional partnerships, serving AMICONGO SA’s clients in maritime agency, ship consignment, road transport, customs clearance and warehousing.
