Ship agency – Petroleum product imports
Appointed by inter-ministerial order of 5 March 2012, AMICONGO SA represents vessels carrying petroleum products imported into the DRC, from notice of arrival to departure.
Ship agency – Crude oil exports
AMICONGO SA represents tankers loading crude produced in the DRC at the Kalamu floating terminal (PERENCO group), from arrival to departure.
Ship agency – General cargo imports
Appointed by the owner or charterer before arrival, AMICONGO SA acts as ship agent for general cargo vessels calling in the DRC.
Road transport (TVT)
A fleet of FOTON ETX 2542 tractors and trailers moving 20’ and 40’ containers, bulk and bonded goods from port to final destination.
Licensed public warehouses (EPC)
Semi-transit, handling, storage and warehousing at our EPCs in Kinshasa (Kingabwa) and Lubumbashi, so your goods can be cleared inland rather than at the border.
Customs clearance of goods
Present at the DRC’s sea, air and land border posts, AMICONGO SA handles customs clearance of your imported goods.
Customs clearance of petroleum products
Since 28 April 2020, AMICONGO SA has been authorised by the Ministry of Finance and the DGDA to clear petroleum products throughout the DRC.
FERI / FERE cargo tracking notes – OGEFREM mandate
Mandated by OGEFREM since August 2025, AMICONGO SA collects the FERI for imported petroleum products and the FERE for exported petroleum and agricultural products.
Travel agency
Domestic air tickets on CAA and Congo Airways: availability, speed and reasonable fares.
